NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CANYON CREEK RANCH HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
The Canyon Creek Ranch Homeowner’s Association will hold a Special Meeting
to be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. The location of the meeting will be the Brock Community Center, 2115 FM 1189,
Brock, Texas 76087 (located directly south of Brock Baptist Church). The purpose of the meeting will be to present
the members of the association with a plan and proposal for a special road
assessment for the years 2018 & 2019.
On March 22, 2018 the Vote required will be a “Yes” or “No” vote by
each member present or by proxy. A
"Yes" vote is a vote to approve the proposed special assessment. A "No" vote is a vote against the
proposed special assessment. At least 51%
of the Members of the Association must be present to vote in person or through
their proxy, which must be in writing and delivered to the Secretary prior to
the Meeting. A Proxy Form is available upon request.
Please make every effort to attend the meeting or turn in your proxy
form.
